I used to struggle with an eating disorder but now I have decided todo this the Happy and Healthy way!
I hope I can be an inspiration to people who are struggling with eating disorders and show them that there is another way.
So basically it's my finally year off school and we have a dance kind of like prom but a million times more important and the entire valley comes and watches to see what car you show up in,what you are wearing, how your hair is done and overall who looks the best. I want to be comfortable in my own skin when that night comes. I've never been a sporty person and I once went through a stage where I was eating an entire slab of chocolate every single day (not an exageration) So now I'm challenging myself and other who want to get fit but have a hard time getting up and doing sometthing about it to, well, get up and do something about it!!!
Oh and a medical condition is no excuse not to exercise!! I have a thyroid problem so my heart rate is either double or half than most peoples sometimes. Which means I'm either exausted because my heart rate is at 200 or I have to work really hard just to get it to a normal persons resting heart rate! so no excuses!!!!
Stats: I don't really want to go by weight but just for intrest sake...
Starting weight: 80kg (december 2010)
Current weight: 71-73kg (January 2011)
I'm not going to set any goals but will put a weight and date whenever I lose.
I will try to update my blog everday but I'm not going to make any promises as i'm very busy with school work etc.
Please feel free to ask me anything no matter now personal/stupid/irrelevant it may seem.

Stop wishing to be thin, and just do it.
Stop complaining about food, and just eat healthier.
Stop bitching about exercising, and get moving.
Stop reposting thinspo pics, and become your own thinspo.Stop wasting time on tumblr, and actually do something.
Stop making excuses, and just seize the day.
Stop dreaming, and start achieving.
Preach.
Amen to THAT!
